Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the ‘right to cancel without giving a reason’ within 7 days of the date your order is delivered to you. The terms and conditions for exchanges, returns and the warranty are set out below.
Change;
Product exchanges may be made within 7 days of the invoice date (provided the product remains in resalable condition and has not been used).
Return;
If, after receiving your order, you wish to return items due to a problem with the product (damage, fault, incorrect item sent, etc.) or because you are not satisfied with the product, you must complete the return request form sent to you within seven (7) working days from the date you received the items, by completing the returns request form sent to you along with the invoice. You may return the product via MNG Kargo to the address specified on the returns request form, provided the original packaging remains intact and all documents sent to you are included.
There are certain points to bear in mind regarding product returns. These are:
• The product(s) must be in their original, undamaged packaging, unused, and must not have been damaged as a result of misuse.
• The return request form on the back of the invoice must be completed in full, and all copies of the sales invoice must be sent along with the products.
• The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as when they were received.
• Once the product has reached CALLA BREEZE, it will be inspected and approval for the return will be granted. This process takes an average of three (3) working days. A positive or negative response will be provided at the end of the three working days.
• When a product with prepaid postage is returned, only the amount stated on the invoice for the product will be refunded. Postage costs are not refunded.
Postage charges for returns and exchanges;
You may return or exchange products by post to the address below within seven (7) days of the invoice date. CALLA BREEZE will cover the postage costs for products sent via MNG within three (3) working days of the delivery date. In all other cases, the postage costs are your responsibility. Should you request a return or exchange due to damage, a fault or an incorrect delivery, CALLA BREEZE will cover the postage costs.
For returns and exchanges from abroad, DHL must be used. The time limit for dispatch is as stated above.
